HERE'S HOW IT WORKS

Our propane delivery program helps pay for they minimum delivery amount of propane to a family's home.  We provide HALF of the cost of the minimum delivery amount, not to exceed $100.  So, for example:

If the total cost for the minimum delivery amount is $150, we will pay $75. 

If the total cost for the minimum delivery amount is $200, we will pay $100

If the total cost for the minimum delivery amount is $250, we will pay only $100

If the total cost for the minimum delivery amount is $350, we will pay only $100

etc.

PLEASE NOTE:  

THIS IS A ONCE PER FAMILY / PER WINTER SEASON OFFER, BEGINNING NOVEMBER 1ST AND ENDS APRIL 30TH EACH WINTER SEASON.  We do it this way to be fair and to be able to service as many homes as possible.

If you live on the Pine Ridge reservation and need propane assistance, once you've confirm the amount needed to pay Lakota Plains Propane (half of the minimal delivery amount), please take the following steps:

Text 818-970-9653 (DO NOT LEAVE A VOICEMAIL), and ask if funds are available, to asure that we have funds in our account.

Once we confirm that funds are available, you will contact Lakota Plains Propane and pay your portion.

Once your portion is paid, proceed to step 3.

Text us back with the following:

- A message that you've paid your portion to the propane company

- The name of the head of household

- The address or direction to the home being serviced

- A phone number 

From there we will confirm to you our payment to the propane company they will make the delivery.  

Keep in mind that if you call close to Lakota Plains Propane's late in the day, the delivery MAY not be delivered until the following day.
